I SENT FOR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY AUNT IN SCOTLAND ON HER 70TH BIRTHDAY!!!! THEY GOT THERE A DAY LATE AND WERE DEAD AND SCATTERED ABOUT WHEN SHE FINALLY GOT THEM!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE THROUGH INTERNET AND THE PHONE BUT I GET CRAP EVERYTIME----I'VE TRIED TO CALL-AT MY OWN EXPENSE NO LESS-TO TALK TO SOMEONE TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION BEFORE IT FESTERS ALRGER-NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO HELP ME OUT WITH THIS------I AM NOW ABSOLUTELY PISSED ABOUT THIS!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE---I'LL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW HERE AND ON FACEBOOK AND EVERYWHERE ELSE KNOWS THIS SITE IS A CRAP SITE!!!!!

I ordered flowers and gifts for my mother in law's birthday to arrive 31st July (according to website and invoice available for same day delivery). I contacted company to ask for approx time but was advised they don't do same day delivery (why would the website offer this as a date?). I asked if I could cancel but was rudely told to call back in half an hour to speak to Debbie, Manager. As I had tried to phone several times without an answer I asked if Debbie could give me a phone (9 hours later still waiting for that call). I then called back 10 mins later and was then told flowers would arrive today as that is what is on invoice. Happy with this I placed an order for my aunt's birthday on Saturday 2nd Aug and also another bouquet for my own mum as a treat for 31st July. Unfortunately neither of today's bouquets have arrived and no-one can give me an answer. Will any of these flowers arrive? All I want now is an immediate refund so I can, straight away, buy more from a reliable company - not that this is any use as birthdays have now passed. No-one in this company seems to have a clue about anything and really need a bit of training in how to tell the truth.
If I do not have the full amount paid back into my account within 24 hours I will be contacting trading standards and putting an advert everywhere I can on the internet telling people not to use this company as they are taking people's money and not delivering the goods. Having read some other site reviews I am not the first to be treated this way, lets hope they have sorted themselves out with regard to refunding customers rather than having to wait weeks

I had placed an order for a gift to be sent as a surprise for an anniversary to my partner as the web page say same day delivery. it is now a day late and still nothing has been sent. I am sending them from overseas so calling this so call company is hard due to time difference, i sent have sent many e-mails and still no one has responed to them. When i did call them from overseas, the lady (so called manager) was rude, unhelpful. I advised i am calling from overseas she took even longer would not take my order number, asked for my name 3 times and then asked if i was someone else. This so called manager has no customer service skills what so ever as when asked where my order is she had no idea, could not give me a reason why they had not been sent other than they had been ordered to be sent a day late! what a joke this company is!!!!!
She hung up on me, after having to call back agian she would still not give me her name asked to speake to someone else.
A man then gets on the phone and says the order was sent but has been put in holding and will be sent today (a day late) to what point is that now that it is a day late. by the soundsof the two of them they dont know their head from their ass. when i asked for a refund i was told company rule is they only refund the delivery charge.... IS IT COMPANY RULE TO ALSO LIE TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, RIP OFF THE CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY SO YOU CAN ONLY STUFF UP THEIR SPECIALS OCCASIONS. WHAT A JOKE AND A WASTE OF SPACE YOU PEOPLE ARE!!!!!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE IS ALL LIES, NO 100% SATISFACTION GIVEN AS THE WEB SITE SAYS. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER....

GIFTS FOR ALL OCCASIONS YOU ARE LUCKY I DONT LIVE IN THE UK OTHERS I WOULD HAVE SPAT IN YOUR FACE...

ANY ONE THAT IS THINKING OF SENDING ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE YOU MIGHT AS WELL BURN YOUR MONEY IN YOUR HAND AND SAVE YOUR SELF THE TIME....

AS YOU CAN SEE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH THIS PROBLEM, AND THEY ARE STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE....

My girlfriend ordered some flowers for her mothers birthday last week and they never arrived, and when she phoned up to ask why she was told to phone back 5 times and kept waiting on the phone before she finally got to speak to a woman.

I had already ordered her valentines flowers and am not sure if I should keep the order, would ruin valentines if they do not arrive!

I ordered flowers for my friend, who had just had surgery for cancer. I ordered pale pink flowers and they delivered orange daisies, and they were late !
What a rip off . I am going to trading standards and hope others do the same

I have to say i found this company the worst florists i have ever use (flowers for all occassions). Firstly flowers didnt arrive even though they were paid for and secondly the staff are the most rudest, incompetet and liars i have ever come across.IS IT COMPANY RULE TO ALSO LIE TO ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, RIP OFF THE CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY SO YOU CAN ONLY STUFF UP THEIR SPECIALS OCCASIONS. WHAT A JOKE AND A WASTE OF SPACE YOU PEOPLE ARE!!!!!

Having just spoken to the recipient of a floral gift I was informed that there were about six daisys, not much more than weeds. I trusted this company at their word - BIG MISTAKE. I cannot recommend this firm to anybody and would suggest potential customers look elsewhere.

I do wish i'd read the comments before i ordered from this company, the flowers i recieved are dreadfull, the packaging was damaged and the flowers were the worst excuse for flowers I'd seen in a long time, I can't even give them as a gift!!When i rang to complain the person i spoke to was rude!! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE you are thowing good money away!!

I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers days and they did not turn up. I was absolutely gutted.
I rang to complain and didnt even have an apology. They offered to resend them but I declined as it was too late. I asked for my money back and had spoke to a girl who was very rude and slammed the phone down when i tried to explain how dissapointed I was.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! and also intend to contact trading standards. Awful attitude on the phone. I have informed everyone I know not to use this company. So annoyed!!!!!!

i sent or i thought i sent flowers teddy balloon and chocolates in abundant blue for the new arrival of a baby boy.
what we got was totally different a brown minute teddy and some scruffy flowers nearly dead. i was so dissapointed i wanted them to be special i rang the shop and got arealy rude lady who gave me £8.99 off and thought that would be ok . I wis i had read this site i would not of risked spending money here its just order what you want and they will send anything out. I am going to take this further i have contacted trading standards i hope all you others will do the same. Please dont waste your money its not worth it.
